what year is your klipz? i got a 97 and about everyone told me the 97-99's can't use a dry setup cause the ecu won't compensate fuel like a 95-95 would(damn chrysler).

I think it has to do with the fuel setup. I don't know of any Honda, Mitsu, etc that "compensates" for NOS.
The 97+ NA 420a's fuel system is a little different than the 95-96's. Their Fuel pressure regulator is right on the fuel rail. This makes a dry setup possible because as soon as you hit the nitrous, the fuel return is blocked off at the regulator and your fuel injectors pretty much work at the maximum duty cycle that the stock fuel pump can dish out. If you had a 60shot of nitrous shooting in there and no fuel, BOOM!

The fuel system is the same for 96 and up, 95 is the only one that can use the dry kits.

So does the 96-99 just have a "fuel map" that is programmed into the ecu that it goes buy????

I think 96up cars relieve all that excess pressure not being used near the tank instead of running a return line from the rail. I could be wrong but excess has to go somewhere. And yes its only the 95 with a return line. Chrysler is not the only car like this. The new celicas are the same way (no return line) AND have their engines turned ass backwards ( I hate that set up with the exhuast near the firewall and intake up front. Cant show off a header or turbo).
