might be stupid, but does nitrous automatically kick in once the switch is flicked (even if under 2500 rpm)? or does it know when it's safe to kick in? do you simply flick the switch when you are about to race and unswitch it when you are done? also does a purge kit have it's own button to purge the line, or is it an automatic thing also?

it kicks in when it is activated and at wide open throttle- unless you have some type of button, but they dont recommend it under 3000 rpms and when your throttle isnt all the way open

What he said. If you floor it at 2500rpm it will activate. It wont activate until you floor it once the interior switch is activated. Purge kit has a push button. It purges when you push it and stops when you release it.
