Now I'm a little confussed. You guys are talking about a 75 shot with kit 5123 and 5208 but Holley says those kits have 40-60 shot adjustability. Whats up with that? And just to make sure I need kit 5208 right? Ahhh...I thought I had this all figured out from reading the posts but now I'm getting confussed. Lets see what else.......oh yeah how much did you guys spend on those cool purge kits? I want the four foot tall white gas to shoot out of my ride Lets see....I would like the nitrous pressure gauge to fit in a single pillar pod, is it as simple as boring out a 2 1/16 gauge pillar pod? So many questions....sorry.

hey man. since your car is a 99, you will need the NOS kit that is designed for the turbo car, its the only one that will work with our cars. or you can get the wet kit fomr Nitrous Express like mine.. the nitrous pressure gauge is pretty damn hard to install in a pod. there arent any electrical one, just mechanical, which means you will have to run a steel-braided line from the nitrous bottle(off the adapter that comes with the gauge), under you carpet or something, and up to the gauge. i was gonna do this, but seemed like too much trouble to me. if you DO get a pressure gauge and u want to put it in a pod on the a-pillarm be sure to order an extra length or steel-braided line, and im not sure how much it is, but i bet it isnt too cheap. hope ive helped a little at least!

Hmm...yeah that clears up the majority of my questions. Thanks Nitrous! So the Nitrous pressure gauge would have to be mounted in one of those generic looking cups? And how much do purge kits run? I can't seem to find a price on carparts.

Fuck Holley. They took over NOS and all the NOS engineers left. I dont like NOS as much now. Parts harder to get and some more $$. If its 5123 it has jets for 50-70hp the 23 in 5123 specifies recommended for 60hp shot ans the 22 in 5122 sepcifies 50shot rec and 5124 70hp shot but they all include jets for 50,60 and 70hp. Dont have a purge kit myself. Not sure what jets are included on the 5208 kit. Whatever a kit is rated for get the right jets and it can be changed.

Fuck Holley....hehehe. I guess as long as I can get the jets changed then thats all that matters. I'll probably run with a 60 shot for a while just to see how everything holds up and if I feel comfortable going any higher. Finding what exactly comes with these kits from any website (Nitrous Xpress, Holley, Carparts) is a challenge all in itself it seems. I can't seem to find any prices on those damn purge kits either. Oh well guess I'll just buy it and see what all I need to get where I wanta be. Thanks for the help

Im pretty sure my purge kit was around 95 bucks, but i got it at cost cause one of my friends has a dealer liscense. i beleive they are somewhere aroune 115 bucks new. and about that gauge, you could mount it anywhere you wanted to i guess, long as it stays in place.the only part i didnt wanna fool wit hwas running another nitrous pressurized line.... i figure one inside my car is enough.

Well there you have it....everything I needed to know Jets only cost $5?! Thats awsome, I was expecting them to run around $25 or $30....cool. Hey Michelle EvMan posted some good info for me but I'm still not sure what purge kit to purchase...do you know if the kit requires 4 AN or 6 AN? Or does it make any difference?
