is it okay to drive around with the fuel line hooked up to the solenoid even though i didn't finish installing the kit. the solenoids are closed when the system is inactive right? i hope so. it started raining really bad, and with the 40 degree weather in syracuse, i couldn't bare it anymore, so i finished mounting the solenoids to the firewall, then went inside. the only hose that's hooked up is the line to the fuel rail.

Nope once installed it will be the same way all the time. As long as its not activated the fuel isn't going anywhere.
