Using wisely would include 1)not going over a 75-shot on stock engine 2) not spraying below 2500rpm's in any gear, and not spraying in 5th gear EVER 3)Like you said, use it in moderation. if you wanna have a healthy, long lasting motor, i wouldnt spray it a lot of times in a row. just like with a turbo, give your engine time to cool down after spraying..it causes REAL high temps. i guess thats about it. i dont ever spray just for my amusement(just to go faster. emoji) i just use it when someone wants a piece! oh yeah, and make sure your bottle pressure is between 900-1200 psi(1200 being max) too low and you could damage valves with all that extra fuel. hope ive helped some, i bet Stan can think of a few more things. enjoy spraying if/when you do!

We get about 13 track runs with a full bottle with a 60 shot, as far a filling it here is $3.75 per lb or 37.50 for a full bottle.
I used to have a useage chart, I will post it if I can find it.

When do you ever race and reach 5th gear or reach much above 3000rpms? 3rd gear is good for the 90s and 4th to the 100/teens. If you needed to go fast you wouldn't ever be in 5th in the first place. Even at 90mph I downshift to 4th before sqeezing, hell I'm trying to win (to answer your question high cyl pressure+low rpms=bad for engine).
