i just installed a wet kit on my 99 rs i'm running 37 nitrous and 22 fuel.on my first run when i arm the kit, the car starts to misfire and doesn't even move at all. gave it another try and it came on strong for 1st and 2nd gear and then it backfired through the intake and a little smoke came out. stan what da hell is going on???

Not sure about jet sizing but how far is your nozzle located from the TB and what kit/nozzle are you using? First thing I'd do is take out the 75hp jets. Start at 50hp and once that works move up. The more power fuel you try and sqeese through your intake the bigger the chance of backfiring. Then assumming the solinoids are opening and closing properly (they sound like they are) I'd try another nozzle location and make sure its positioned in the right direction. 1rst get the jet sizing varified from the instruction booklet or manufacturer. Since it pulled good through a few gears you may have some puddling/placement or too large jets.
