#43837, "more help with jetting"

can someone tell their wet shot jeting combos cause right now i have 36nitrous 22fuel which i figure is a 50shot and tonight it backfired through the intake and surges/misfires on bottle. the ran good for about two great weeks. why problems now??

brand new plugs, wires, i sold my iceman and had to juice in the stocker. the nozzle is placed right after the first silencer, could that be the problem.

Your jetting is right for a 50 shot. Don't you have the nozzle a tad far away for the intake that way? Should be around 4-6 inches away from intake plenum. If it is as far away as I think it is, that is most likely the problem. Did it start to do it after changing from the Iceman?

it did it twice withe iceman and now with the stocker. it's weird it runs right about 80% of the time but every now and then it just goes into this "don't feel like running mode" could it be an ignition problem

4-6 inches from where the intake pipe/hose connects the TB.
It could be a wiring problem or WOT switch too, it sounds like the nitrous is shutting off in the middle of a run and the bog would be the excess fuel. If it still does it after relocating the nozzle I would start checking wiring make sure everything is secure, also make sure your WOT switch is where it is suposed to be and working corectly.

The only thing that I can think of is maybe because it was that far away that it might have pooled. If your car is still runing ok you should be fine, but the only thing you could possibly screw up if it was backfiring through the intake would be the MAP sensor.
One thing I do have to ask is at what RPM are activating it at?
Only use it above 3000 rpm, you can actually blow the intake completely off the car if it is bad enough, and at low enough RPM.
