I use my nitrous only on weekends. I'll spray a lot if I'm using a 50 shot or only a few times if I'm using a 70 shot. There's not really a set number of times you should use it or how often. Just use your best judgement and learn as much as you can on the subject before installing a nitrous system in your car.

This may help- http://www.nosnitrous.com/HiOctn/ProdLine/Products/NOS/index.html

I wouldn't recommend setting up the nitrous system with a button to activate it, you may hit it when you aren't at full throttle or still be spraying when you are shifting. Both REALLY bad for the engine. Just use the full throttle switch that comes with the kit and it will be fine.

The wide open throttle switch works great, no need for a button. You can install a 3000 RPM switch too, if you want.

theres gotta be an arming switch that comes with the throttle activation right?? or else i would be screwed cuz i floor it all the time. If the bottle was open, and the arming switch was still in "safety mode", would n2o still be in the lines?? again...sorry for the questions.

thanks guys

There is an on/off switch which activates the system and then when you floor it the fuel and nitrous solenoids are opened by the full throttle switch.

Im curious about this to, how exactly does it work. I had planned on activating it with a push button, but this dounds way better.

95 Eclipse gone, meet the Lude. Now driving 97 Honda Prelude. Fast, but a few mods wouldnt hurt. How about a Cold Air Intake for starters...

who had time to hold down a push button and drive? A push buttom great for purge, sucks for activation. Use what they come with (WOT switch) and you'll be okay. You wont be using it all that much once all your alcohol and ho money go to refills. I used it when ever I felt like it (sometimes to race, sometimes just for thrills), just use some common sense. If your using a bottle a week on the stock bottom end on the streets your probably using too much.

I probably will go through a bottle me first week, will be boost hungary. I cant wait till I can go to the track. Maybe earn some cash at the track. Race some V6 stangs, older TA and Z28's. Hide the fact that I am running NOS. Cant wait!
