You can go both ways (no pun intended). You will be faster with a 75hp wet than with a dry kit but the dry is easier to install and works all the same.

I assume you are on stock internals, so a dry kit would be ok for a low shot, like 40-60. But from what I have been hearing from people that run nitrous, wet kits are much better than dry kits, better power, more reliable, and flat out better. You might want to look into a DP fogger system, its the most reliable kit I ahve seen.
