I know this seems dumb. but which O2 sensor do I hook up the air/fuel gauge ? and which wire do I hook it too off the O2 sensor....I read in the directions your supposed to hook it up between the connector and ECU....NOT the O2 sensor and the connector.

PICS WILL HELP.

On the top group of wires going into the ECU, you will find a white wire with a black stripe. That is the o2 sensor wire that you need to tap into. Just run a wire through the steering boot to the ECU for the reading and ground it out on a bolt inside the kick panel by your right leg in the driver's seat. For power, use the green/blue wire that runs to the cigarette lighter. That powers all of my gauges.

You really don't need pics, as it is very straight forward. There is only one wire that is white with a black stripe emoji
Just make sure you have a good connection. Get some wire taps from radio shack for the best connection...or you can always solder.

I would suggest plastic crimp connectors as opposed to tape especially from the ECU. The crimp donnectors snap in place and pose little chance of ever comming loose or degrading from heat/low temps like elec tape (just dont use them for any high current projects). Tapping into the ecu is easier than directly from the o2 sensor (the one before the cat). just pull off the cover that protects the wiring harness and dig in for the wire (as mentioned all yrs). I was able to put the cover back on with the connector inside the cover.
