#42544, "Which Kit?"

Which Nos kit would be best for me to purchase? I want to start with a 50 but then make my way up to a 75. I went to nosnitrous.com and the only kit specified for our cars ranges 50-60 shot. Is there anyway I would be able to make that a 75 shot in the future? Is there any other brands out there that offer the kit that I want and who is the cheapest. Thanks guys.

If you go with NOS, just get the standard EFI wet kit. That'll work for what you need. I think you'll have to buy the jets for a 75 shot separately, though.

You might want to check out the Venom VCN-1000, It's pretty pricey at $650 or so, but it comes with 4 different nozzels 50-125 shot I think. Oh and another luxury of that kit is that if your running too lean at any point, the nitrous shuts off automaticlly. That's the kit I'm getting in about a month.

I recommend the Venom VCN-1000 to start off with, safest and easy to install. They do run for about $650 look on ebay or goto customrim.com they sell them for $589 plus $8 shipping in US.

I don't personally use it, but a friend of mine in my crew installed it on his 96 Eclipse and had nothing but problems with it. He had to return it to Venom like 3 times. The first time they said that they had to recalibrate it for the proper voltage. After he got it back, it still didn't work. Every time he called, someone told him something different. One person said improper voltage setting. One tech told him improper installation. They finally told him that the brain must be fried in it or something. He finally just got rid of it. I think he's going to get a NX or NOS wet kit.
