My buddy is thinking about getting a 95 gst. He wants to put a 50 or 75 shot on. Is this a good idea? Can he run that every once and awhile without chaning anything, adding anything? I own a 420a, not a 4g so I dont really know much about them.

thanks,
chris

At the least, your bud should get a good Cold Air Intake (AEM), and a nice performance exhaust system (such as a GReddy SP or EVO).

Other than that, the GS-T should handle a 75 shot fine. I wouldnt suggest any higher of a shot though..unless you plan to change some internals.

hmmmph.... a stock GST wouldnt' be wise to use nitrous. the stock turbo has no lag and spools up rather quickly. Nitrous on a 4g63 is totally unnecessary untill you have a turbo so large that you need the nitro to spool it up quicker. they dont make CAI for GS-T's, a cone filter kit. tell him to get atleast a 16g turbo and go from there... he totally doesnt need nitro imo.
