75 shots on 91 octane is pushing it? Thats the highest octane that is available here in cali.... I have all the other precautions colder plugs, 91 octane, using wisely etc. Is there any other safe precautions I can take? should I just stick with 50 shot and get more boltons for power? (still on stock internals)

Buy some bottles of octane booster. Just make sure it's compatable with nitrous oxide or you'll be sorry.

I blend my fuel mixture when running nitrous. I take a six gallon jug. Mix 1 gal turbo blue (114 octane), 1 bottle NOS race octane booster, and top the jug off with 93 octane. You will have to use 91 octane though. Even though turbo blue is leaded I have had no problems with my mixture. Hope this helps. At the track I try keeping my gas tank almost empty before adding my mixture. Less weight to carry down the track.
