7 range for a few sqeezes here and there on the bottle. 95% your not on the bottle. Maybe if you plan on changing them at the track only. I ran stock plugs with a 70hp shot for 4yrs and for a long while with turbo. IMO 7 range are overkill. IMO a 220hp 2L with 65deg intake temp cooling nitrous doesn't require cold plugs under noraml circumstances. Its like getting an upgraded fuel pump for "just in case" but there should never be a "just in case". If there is your probably screwed anyway.
