I want it to be completly hidden when the hood is open so I need to know if this is possible and also ideas where to mount everything. I am also thinking of painting all the lines black to help making hide them easier.

Put the lines in the black wire loom. Run the lines from the bottle under the car and go direct port into the bottom of each runner on the manifold. You can hide the solenoids down under the manifold and attach them to the underside of some black painted sheetmetal so they don't attract attention.

Yeah a fogger kit like that has one ject so you should go into the intake. Just connect it into the bottom also.
