this may be off the topic of the question a little bit, but i couldnt find my stock fuel pressure regulator tonight when i was installing my nitrous kit... i need it so i can put in the saftey switch and so i can plug into the vaccum hose coming off of it emoji

so could someone please explain to me where it is?

when u are looking at your motor from the front of the car it is on the left side of the fuel rail at the end. It looks like at is just a part of the fuel rail, but it has one vacuum line coming out of it. If you need or want to take it off,use a pair of snap-ring pliers and flashlight, when u get into doing it you will know what i mean. And just for information dont buy a B&M regulator it wont fit, even though it says it will, it wont ( i found out the hard way)
