Yesterday I got my car out of the shop! I had a howell bottem end rebuild kit with 10.5 compression put on. Should I break it in before I spray, if so how many miles should I put on it before it is safe. Im going to the track next week to see what times I can get!! tia

GOD YES BREAK IT IN, unless u dont like your new thousand dollar rebuild kit. I would highly recommend takign it easy on the car for the time being, I mean would u go buy a brand new eclipse and spray that same day, its just not good forr it, they need time to break in the cylinder walls

ya, like 500 or so miles, and vary your rpms.... then spray away... and let us know how she feels (performance wise) after broken in, off the bottle......

just wondering what fuel setup you plan to use for that 100 shot with the high copression motor? Casue imo the stock fuel setup is no where near adquate for that...

if you dont mind me asking where did you order your howell kit from and aprox how much did it cost to install? im trying to gather info on nitrous and how to best use it. for my friend. And also was there a power gain from just the bottem end kit? sorry for all the ???
