ok, I have a 91 Eclipse, 4G63 non turbo, pretty much stock. What shot is the most I can safley handle, I know the 420a can handle like 75-80 I heared that the 4G63 can handle more, is this true, I bought a Nitrous kit from a friend, it has 100 shot jets in right now, should I run that, or buy smaller, like 70-80? Any help at all please let me know.....

No its not true. The non turbo 4G63 internals arent as strong as the turbo 4G63. I'd stay in the 60-70 range. 420As have been known to live with 100hp shots, yours might too but I wouldn't dare do it. You'd at least want a fuel pump upgrade to even attempt it. More importantly if your engine has 91' type mileage I really wouldn't try it. No stock normally aspirated 4cyl I know of really has any business attempting more than 80hp on a regular basis on stock internals unless your prepared for the "just in case".
