On a 98 420A (Eclipse GS), I have to have use a wet kit if I want Nitrous, is that what I'm understanding from everyone? I'm in the process of rebuilding my old 420A motor and I put a new one (99 w/ 25K miles on it) in the car for the time being, and I was just going to spray it for a couple of months until I'm done building the turbo-setup motor, which I will later swap back in the car. Please fill me in on my options. Thanks guys!!

That's right you want a wet kit because you have a returnless fuel system.
