What's the difference between the electrical and the mechanical?

Electrical has a sending unit. Typically for inside cabinet installations, due to the fact, the nitrous lines never enter the cabin.

Mechanical, requires a big ass hole to be cut in the firewall to be put in the cabin, and a standard braided hose connection.
