I have a 1996 Eclipse RS, but it says it was manufactured in September of 1995. Does this mean it has the OBD1 and I can run a dry kit? thanks.

if your fuel filter sits on your drivers side firewall, i think you can use the dry kit, i know 95-96 eclipses have the same fuel system, i have 95 and i run a 50 shot dry.
