ok, i have a 96 RS with 110k on the odo, my compression #'s last week were 170-175-180-175, not too bad. my engine runs great but was just wondering what things i might wanna replace before i put the juice to her. like rings, maybe head gasket?? is that needed?

It depends on what shot you want to run. You would be fine with a 50-75 shot. I would get colder plugs first. I'm running a 80 shot with 102K miles.
