Kit- for your car try venom or NOS
Shot - 75
Cost for bottle refill - depends on where you live, right now in Florida, at the place I go its $1.76 per pound (10 lbs.=$17.60)

As far as the getting pulled over, the nitrous system itself isnt illegal, but if you have a bottle, and there is pressure in the line, it cant be good. If you are worried about it get a remore bottle opener and a purge, no pressure=no ticket. (I got pulled over got my car towed away and impounded for the nitrous system, took them to court, they couldnt prove shit, they had to reimburse the impound fees, dismiss the charges and give me a formal written apology)

imo the best kits are nitrous express(what i have) and NOS

the highest shot with stock fuel system is a 75
I have ran a 100 shot a few times on stock internals with an upgraded fuel pump and ignition( I would not recommend using a 100 shot on a daily basis)

around here it is $30 to get it filled

If you get pulled over make sure there is no pressure in the lines and just say you only use it at the drag strip.
