Well guys, I hit some rough spots and have been forced to put the rebuild on hold. In the mean-time, I bought a Venom VCN-2000 from a local shop (who now sponsors me) at a deal and installed it this weekend. I loved my VCN-1000, but this thing is unbelievably better. The customization is great, totally programmable in 3 modes. You can basically set this thing up like a progressive controller. I was skeptical in the past about paying that much for a nitrous system, but it's definitely worth it. I would definitely reccomend this system to anyone who is looking for a top-notch, customizable N2O system.

Sorry guys, the VCN-1000 is already gone to my best friend. I got my VCN-2000 from a local shop for $450 including the free Palm to program it with (I still use the laptop though). I'll talk to them and see what I can do, but like I said before, they sponsor me so that explains the deal that I got.

Thats a killer deal, see if they can work out a deal, even if its not that cheap or the palm isnt included I bet they could pick up ALOT of orders if they can give everyone a good deal. Id buy one in a second

I had the VCN-2000 and to be honest the programming is nice.. but the A/F meter on it is worthless. Theres really no reason to know the throttle position which is on the readout screen, but the RPM in real time is kinda cool... but thats what a tach is for.

I never even bothered with the progressive or timed mode...

If you ask me it wasnt worth the money I paid.. but if I only paid $450 for mine Id probably wouldve liked it a lot more.

I was one of the first in ASOG to get the VCN2000 to work properly on the V6.. after a couple problems with TPS voltage and sending the PCM to Venom for reprogramming.

I actually wished I had just got the VCN1000 but it wasnt out at the time. IMO the VCN1000+jumptronix+EGT is a better way to go.

I sold it a while ago and Im moving to Direct Port NOS.
