I was wondering..
Can I make my own nitrous plate for my car?
I mean, have it sit between the two halves of the intake manifold.. so I can make it a direct port?

And run a metal pipe through it.. with holes.. so the nitrous could go through there?

Any help would be appreciated..

yes, you could. but no, it would not be worth it, you would have to figure out the proper rail diameter and how many holes and what spacing between them. just go buy a direct-port nozzle kit for NOS or NX.

Or.. instead of putting a rail through it..

Can I make the plate thick enough, so I can drill holes in it.. and run the nozzles through there?

I do not want to modify my intake manifold.. and this seems like a cheaper and easier way of doing it.

you could do that (by using, for instance, corbin's spacer) but you would effect your powerband and the angle/position the nozzle sits affects the fuel atomization.
