finally the track is open again. and finally, i have my car running right. After last season right at the end only ripping off a 15.6 on 5 lbs. of boost, i was pretty disappointed. Went back tonight and ripped off a 14.9, then 14.2, 14.2 and finally a 14.0. This was at 10 lbs. of boost and 2 gal. of race gas dumped into a 1/4 tank of 93. Oh, and this was on tires that were bald as shit, and couldn't get traction worth a damn. I need to find some traction in first gear!!! Ohh well, i want at least another 3/10ths off that time before i start installing the haltech.

Thanks alot guys. Like i said, i am really happy with that timeslip. My 60' time was wa 2.275, which wasn't all that bad, but wasn't all that great. I still have some problems i need to work out, plus the use of some decent tires on some lightweight rims will really help that time out. I need to fill in my rear motor mount too. I got all the solid ones except for the rear one. I need to get my boost to stay at a rock solid 10 PSI too. I got some problems with my wastegate being all messed up. Somehow i lost the disc that the spring sits on that allows it to adjust boost levels slightly. Need to get a new one of those. I don't think i am gonna try for anymore than 10 PSI though even with the race gas, i just don't want to risk it quite yet. Jason ESI-T was right though, put a couple gallons of race gas in when you hit the track, and don't be afraid to hit that 10 PSI at all. MY EGT's stayed pretty low. Didn't feel any detonation at all. Traction is the next key. I would really like to get a set of CP-035 racing harts with some 16" 555 drag radials for the front when racing, but i probably am just gonna try for some power racing 17's with Yokohama A520's for this season, or till at least June or so.
All in all, i couldn't believe the times i was turning last night, my car has never really felt all that fast to me, maybe it's cus the slower spool time doesn't throw you in the seat as much, but i guess it sure is pretty quick. I ain't gonna complain. All i can say is that hopefully there is bigger and better things to come this year.

Also if you have a fully built bottom end why did you stop at 10 PSI? Thanks bro, those are great times, and like to hear real times rather than just talk. If I wanted to hear talk I would just hang with some of the stuck up 4G63 Guys. Keep up the good work and I see you hitting 13's in no time. SEE YA!!!!!!!!!!MWC

star stage II, 3" thermal exhaust, 3" testpipe, HKS Race BOV, Autometer EGT in the downpipe, Automoter A/F and boost gauges, Prothane solid motor mounts, Clutchmasters stage IV clutch, tokico struts and Eibach Sportline springs, cool red shift boot, and uh...thats about it.
My bottom end is still stock.
My next project as a lot of you know is a haltech Engine management system, and 720CC injectors, then i figure i'll build the bottom end.
