Hey guys if you had the choice and you can only can get one, what would you get? A 60mm TB or a 2 1/2" downpipe? Whick would, for the money, see more results? Or are the performace gains equal? Also if you got a larger TB, how does that affect your BOV?

Well, with a 60mm tb, you would have to do some porting on your manifold to see the true gains. Anything to open up airflow more is always good for turbo. Downpipe would help with spoolup response. I don't think a larger tb would affect your bov.

I'd say the 2.5" DP would help more with turbo spoolup. The bigger throttle will allow you to flow more air, which would also help. If you get a bigger throttle and still have the stock size DP, then I don't think it would help too much by itself. Get both emoji
