I plan on running only 7-8 psi, i know i need the missing link, but do i need it before i install everything or can it be put aside for awhile? I am low on cash and need to know about it before i buy it. Any suggestions, thanks.

if you get it now you will save yourself the hassle of cutting wires and having the unit that comes with the kit not do a good job. just get it. it works much better and it's easier to install.

Yeah, the missing link is great. My car would cut out at 0 vac and then jump up. It seemed like the *fuel defenser* was lagging to correct the voltage from the map sensor. Once i installed the ML it ran like a charm! best ~$65 ive spent on my car. Thanks to everyone on the forum that told me to get the missing link!! -etx

Does anyone have any directions for installing the Missing Link? I purchased my car with an HRC stage 2 kit already on. I just ordered the Missing Link and there's no install directions. I'm sure I can figure it out but directions never hurt

GET IT!! My vac and boost range went up by at least 10% each when I switched from the HRC FCD to the ML. My car runs SOOO much smoother and the ECU was so happy, it CLEARED my "system too rich" CEL without disconnecting the battery.
It's beyond easy to install. You'll spend more time looking for your torx driver bit to unscrew the stock map than you will installing the thing. 2 screws. That's it.
