I recently installed a t3/t4 on my 95 eclipse gs. I'm running 8.6 to 1 compression. Everthings in but its not near enough snap. I'm running a solid 5 pounds of boost. I'm using a 12:1 vortech fmu and a high pressure walbro fuel pump. i know i'm runnin a bit rich. The cold idle is really rough until gets up to temp. When i stomp on it i feel like i drastically loose power from 5800 to redline. Also my vaccum pressure at idle is at 10. I have a TurboXs type s blow off valve, and i get nothing but a flutter. Its tapped into the main vaccuum line before the throttle. Before i had the t3/t4 i ran a t3 and the bov sounded great, however now it just flutters...dont know why? I'm just confused as to why its not near fast enough. I used flex tubing for the down pipe for a temporary solution, and it has a very bad leak in it. Is this causing this power loss?

Are your plugs gaped right? And do they need replaced? Mine did the same thing, I changed them out and gaped .32 for 5psi. Also what is your idle/max fuel pressure? Also if your plug wires are going bad that will do the same type of thing. Found that out from experience. As for the flutter...check for vacum leaks. I don't have any experience with a flutter in my bov, but I only have the 1g. Although it sounds freaking cool. Not as cool as like an apex i DD one, but cool enough. No flutter. Never had a problem with it. And dude...get a proper downpipe. That has got to be noisy. Don't know if it would be the problem or not but...... EDIT*** Sorry man I did not see that your vacum was at 10 idle. Dude you should be at more like 14-16 idle! You have a vacum leak I would guess.

thanks man, i'll look again but i've checked my vaccuum lines a million times. I'm hoping the downpipe has something to do with the power prob. I'm also thinking about going to a different disc with the fmu
