Had the turbo on the car for bout a month now and still cant get it to boost higher than 2 are 3 pounds. Getting really fedup with it checked everything , fuel presure at idel is 45-55, vuc. is at 15-20.
Did a leak test on it no leaks hold presure good but the boost gauges doesnt go up.Still running on stock exhaust. Any ideal would help out alot. Thanks

There are many avenues for leakage.

How did you check for leaks? Did you get a capped PVC tube for the intake and pressurize? Did you also try that same technique with the TB butterfly open?

Common places for a boost leak:

1- vacuum lines, especially to the boost guage.
2- Wastegate arm, and related hoses by vacuum line.
3- Exhaust manifold
4- Intercooler piping, especially at the TB or BOV

Did you just install the kit?

ok it sounds to me that you have your wastegate spring real closed up or you have a boost leak somewhere at the rubber hose connections where your intercooler is at to the intake manifold. make sure you have those connections super tight using a ratchet if you have the big clamps, not the screwdriver. at idle, your vac on the boost gauge should be from 19~17 hmg. i'm always at 19 w/o the AC on.

sounds like your boost gauge might not be working.... try and dissconnect your boost gauge and try and pump it up slowly too see if it goes up above your previous numbers... if it doesn't go up then replace it.......

Not sure what turbo you have, but on my HRC kit, my cotter pin that holds the wastegate actuator arm to the wastegate, fell out, and the arm was unhooked from the wategate, keeping it open, building no boost. Just a quick check to be sure that the actuator arm is still attached to the wastegate will rule that out. Its right on the underside of the turbo, cant miss it (S16G turob of course)

Another thing to check for (just as a precaution), is the oil feed to the turbo. Disconnect it and let someone crank the engine (of course, make sure that you have a bucket or something to catch the oil). You want to see oil squirting out of there, if not, then that's a bad thing.

I had a similar problem with little or no boost, and it turned out to be a leak at the i/c pipe and intercooler silicone coupler connection. Also, check to see that there isn't any cut in any silicone coupler.
