For all that have SMIC, where did you get your piping from? I am getting a 2g SMIC and need to know if getting a muffler shop to do the piping for me and install it will be alright. I got a T3 turbo, i was also wondering if the ic piping set on hrc would work b/c it says stock t-25 and hrc super series turbos. Please let me know, i want to get it running once i get everything.

The HRC piping that fits the t25 and HRC Super Seies turbos is for the 4g63 only.

You will have a hard time getting the 2g side mount IC to hook up piping wise. The inlet/outlet on the IC is at a spot that doesnt work well for our turbos, at least not the S16G, so not too sure about the T3. I used a 1G side mount IC, and it works great. You can get mandrel bent piping at Summit, and RRE, or you can have press bent pipes made by a muffler shop that will agree to do it for you (thats what i have).

Even a 2g ic can work, but you will have to have it modded by a good muffler/radiator shop to turn the in and out in the proper direction. But the 1g is the way to go. Either that or a front mount. I bought a 2g ic and am now kicking myself for it. But hey that is the way things go. Now my GF left me,(yes it was my fault, blond hottie, hot tub and pleanty of liqure, not recomended btw) so now I have no room mate to share bills with, so I can't afford the front mount I wanted. emoji I will probly end up using this 2G ic until I can afford the front mount. My radiator guy told me about 20 bucks to cut and weld the pipes on my 2g to fit the way I want. Then figure about 45-50 for the press bent stuff.
