Here are the part number for the 4g63 exhaust manifold studs and nuts. They are a much better solution to the cap head bolts HRC supplies with their kit.

Stud - MD031537
Nut - MD092806

Maybe someone else can add the part number for the washer, I can't find it.

Below is a direct link to the section where the 4g63 bolts are listed. They have two sizes 8mm and 10mm. The only ones that fit our 420a is the 8mm. I bought four 8mm studs, nuts, and washers to anchor the exhaust manifold to the block (these studs are the four directly behind the turbo). I believe they are all $1.00 a piece. Road Race Engineering is a great shop to deal with - never had a problem.

I only bought four to replace the Hahn Allen Key Bolts that are used directly behind the turbo. The outside holes on the exhaust manifold are bolted to the block with four of the stock bolts. I have about 3,000 miles on my kit now and they never loosened up. It is up to you if you want to purchase all 8 bolts, washers, and nuts to keep them all the same.

There were some part numbers. The stud number differs a bit from the one you posted but it does work as it is installed on my car.

Exhaust man. stud to head 8mm MD005317
Exhaust man. nut 8mm MD092806
Exhaust washer 8mm MD041192

Hope this helps,
Kurt
