does boost psi give the same amount of power on different turbos. I.E. - does 5psi on a t25 give the same power as 5psi on a t3 or a 16g. is a bigger turbo only for higher boost psi?

No. 5psi is is not 5psi on all turbos. If you look around on the web there are some good places that explain it. I have to go now so no time for me. Tomorrow if no one else does.
