My car is a 99 RS. I need to know my options on turbocharging. I have a little over 30,000 miles now. I want to get the body kit and all first, so my $$$ for the kit is not coming in for a while.( a year or 2 considering I am about to graduate high school now ) Anyways. With that mileage and the auto tranny, would my car accept a stage 2 super 16g kit with FMIC???

Only the HRC kit uses a S-16G. Star uses a T3/T4 hybrid with a "E" trim option as well as a ball bearing option. I think both kits are good, but you need to ask what you ultimate plans are for the car power and boost wise is concerned... This might answer your question best... Post that answer and maybe some people here can give you their OPINIONS on this subject, since no one can make the decision for you...

which kit spools up faster??? The star with BB? Or is the s-16g good for it? I want immediate boost delivery. I wanna go low PSI at first, then eventually build the motor to handle over 10 PSI. I wanna eventually go about 350 HP.

If you want major HP... then Star with the BB should be your choice. But the S-16G is Sweet also, it's just with Star's bigger pipeing and larger Turbo, it will flow more air for more HP.

I use to have a White 99 GS Sport with a Star Stage II Ball Bearing T3/T4 turbo...it was fun untill....well those who remember me know Oh Ya...this is what I have now... a 99' GSX...

So the star is a better choice?? What I think everyone is saying is that the star stage 2 BB gives more power with less work. Would the HRC be as good? I like their site better.
