I would highly reccomend not running 9-10 PSI on the stock bottom end. It can be done, but I dont think that anyone has ran 9-10 psi and not blown.

Collente is right, I spiked to 10 psi on the dyno and put down 200 HP, on stock bottom end, while oil sprayed outta my breather and my compression in #1 and #4 went below 90. That was end of 2001 and now Im scared it will happen again so I dont hit full boost much anymore especially now that its cold and likes to spike. Be careful. Run 8 on dyno IMO.

How does HRC claim 275 crank hp with a smaller turbo? I wasn't aware that there is a 75+ hp loss. Besides a T3/T04 is bigger, right?

ddo you mean 225? you usually get about 11 HP for each PSI that you run. they are also talking a difference on WHP and Crank HP.... there will be a difference because WHP is what its putting down to the wheels and Crank is how much HP being put to the crank hope that helps?

hahn claims 250-275 on their stageII kit. Keep in mind this is crank Hp, and also keep in mind this was on a very tuned car. Even at 275, 20% drivetrain loss is 220 wheel HP. At 250 CHP its putting 200 to the wheels, I think that is realistic.

I think Hahn's numbers are also for 10psi not 7 or 8.

Some have run past 8 for over a year straight with no problems, others have blown below 8. . .every engine is different so it's hard to say.

Kyle, I will make it down to pick up the clutch somtime this week. I was just so busy, I hadn't any time to get down there.
