If you've got oil coming out of the K&N, you have a blown turbo seal. That's bad, you need to get it fixed right away.

If you have a vaccuum line going from your valve cover to your intake like suggested in the HRC manual, you could be getting blowby.

Oh, my bad. I didn't think anyone actaully ran the breather hose to the air filter. If that's the case, then it's most likely blow-by. Do a compression test and hope for the best.

Yeah, keep your fingers crossed as you do your compression test. If everything works out OK, then just buy or make your own catch can.....problem solved emoji

Nah, 10-1 your fine. Do a compression check for good measure, but when I got my car(already 1/2 way built up), I reemed the shit out of it for a few weeks like anyone that just bought a killer turbo car... and it was getting blow by soaking my air filter and sucking it back into the engine as well... just get a 40 dollar catch can from RRE or Summitt, and but a new air filter if you want... I did cause mine was really nasty even after using the filtercharger cleaning kit..
