My upper radiator hose heats up like crazy and I'm afraid that it will break one day after I installed my stage 2 star kit. Anyone else have this problem and know how to fix it. Thanx

well, i think w/the kits, they include some sort of radiator hose heat sheild, in the form of like a small carpet deal you tie around the hose... its to keep the heat away from it, and u bein n/t still, u may wanna just get a new hose, and dont mess w/it...
remember, the liquid thats goin thru there is coolin your engine, and is prolly 200+ degrees (F)..
good luck

Yeah, that's a pretty common problem. You can order that orange heat shield that slips over the upper coolant hose from HRC or check out other types of wraps and heat shields from Summit Racing.
