hey where are you located.

This is just an idea why not take it to a turbo shop and get it rebuild to a t28 emoji heheheh lolz meaning more power at 5 or 8 psi.

Depending on what you need for the rebuild (fins or just berings and seals). Your going to spend in between 125-500 dollars. You can get rebuild kits from www.turbocity.com for around 125, but if you need fins (aka cartridge) your probly better off buying another one used from www.dsmtrader.com , they go anywhere from 75-200 bucks there.

I only need bearings and seal. I visited turbocity.com but I only saw the repair kit for the td04 not for the t-25

Just call them bro..I thought my seal were out on my turbo at first, but turns out it was ok. I was all ready to buy a kit from them. For my t25 of course.
