I just got a most terrible christmas eve in my life two weeks ago. Some biatches broken in my car and took every stuff off my car... S-AFC,booster controller, turbo timer, EGT A/F boost gauges, my amp, sub, and even my SUNGLASS and CDs!!!!! So right now , I have to buy every stuff I need for my turbo system, I am thinking to get the e-manage instead of SAFC (with or without Greddy new booster controller E-01, cuz not sure yet) Anyone have any idea about that SAFC or E-manage which is better for our 2gnt ???
Hope I can find any of my stolen stuff in any car accident soon

They are two totally different things really. the E-manage is pretty much a stand-alone if i understand it correctly. the SAFC will probably be a lot cheaper and user friendly. the E-manage would definitely be better in the tuning process, it just depends on how big your wallet and tuning knowledge are.

my bud jamesman is getting the e-manage and new greddy boost controller shortly. so really its still in the works. yes, the e-manage is a stand alone, but from what jamesman tells me it can be hooked up to the new greddy boost controller also. but it cost alot of money. if you got stock injectors and a fmu of some sort and can run the car without the afc do so if you want to see what happens with the e-manage later. good luck

Yep, the E-Manage is a piggyback fuel/ignition controller. If you have the funds and the patience to get it tuned right, then I think it could be a very versatile ecu. Otherwise, the 8-injector setup seems to be real good, too. The S-AFC will work just fine (up to a point).
