...but I have a couple questions. Who is it they are refering to who could concievably reprogram the PCM for the higher flow injectors(and possibly raising the Rev Limit to 8K or so)?
How can I recieve that publication?

For re-programming the ECU, lots of people can do it, but its hard to find someone that actually knows what they are doing. I have found one such person, but before he tackles this task he says he need the "dogital code" of my PCM i.e. the fuel and ignition maps, and them we can custom-program it.. If anyone out there can get this for me, I would be eternally greatful and so would all of you in the long run!
Basically as I understand it, he wants the 'data' that is written on the EPROM in our PCMs, in some computer format.
As for a membership to "Mopar Performance News" this is the number 1-866-GO-MOPAR they say its $24.99 for 10 issues. I am not subscribed to it, but my friend gets it at work, and looks out for articles for me. I honestly don't think it would be worth subscibing to it though, because its 99.9% non-420A and only about 24 pages.... I will definitely keep a lookout for info from it though for us.

Honestly, no. First off, Chrysler dealers don't usually anything custom, and second of all, I dunno if I could trust any Chrysler/Mitsu dealership. The only reason I like my Chrysler dealership is because I know the the Chief mechanic (who is Viper Certified btw ) and he knows his sh!t!!!
Anyway, what you need is someone who can reprogram E-Proms and can read and understand fuel maps. These kind of people are quite rare.. And usually places like JET and stuff don't really do such a good job...
