Hey to all who have a T3/T4 or Star kit, my oil return is leaking. Where can I get the gasket that is between the flange and turbo? Also, where is everybody getting oil-resistent rubber tubing to replace the return to the oil pan? I think that this is where most of my oil is leaking from and its covering the cv shafts and everything underneath. Can I use the oil dye and not have any problems to pinpoint the leak to be sure?
Listen to me. When I got my star kit I threw away what came for the oil return line. I built my own like they use in road racing cars. Alloy AN fittings and stainless steel line. You can get all the fittings and materials and a performance shop. Its real damn nice. You know that it will never leak and moves with the engine. The fittings and line ar on top of the pic

mine used to leak like a mofo at the oil pan where the star fitting went in.
so i torqued the bolts more and smeared an assload of rtv all over the outside of the contact where the fitting met the oil pan.
a year later, still perfect.

Gonna go shopping today. I want to know what size the fittings are for the turbo outlet and how or what fittings did you use to connect the line to the pan? My DP almost rubs on my oil return, so I know that it probably touches under engine movement-- that's why I really want to make a flexible line connection.
I used a 10 an fitting at the turbo. Then I purchased 3 feet of stainless steal hose but you need to cut it for the length you need. Then another 10 an fitting at the oil pan plus a 90 degree fitting to connect to the 10 an at the oil pan. You need to grind some metal off hte power steering pump bracket that should be all. I've had mine for a few months and its perfect. Racing parts and techniques are always the best. Just take the bracket that connects to the turbo and they will help you get everything right. The bad thing is you need to drill a hole in the oil pan and tighten it rill good and drill a hole on the inside of the pan on the fitting and run pin so the nut doesnt loosen. Wish I had all the pictures when I designed this thing.

would u guy be interested if i made a kit for this and sold it to ya guys, it wouldn't use an fitings but a flange gasket setup from the turbo then a special self locking seal on the oil pan.

You can have it cheap, fast or good. Pick any two.
