#36425, "Decided to just do a rebuild"

Update to my situation: Got the head pulled, things just didn't look the way I wanted them to. So I am just rebuilding it. I am on an extremly limited budget set by my sugnificant other, so building a forged motor right is out of the question for this car.

I think with where I am at in my life, I am going to rebuild it, put the stock exhaust back on, sell my turbo and intercooler, and buy a new car (posibly a Mazda 6), and get a 1g, or another S-10 that i can play with, but not be my everyday car.

Sorry I didn't put this in the pits, but I wanted to update those of you that helped me out durring this process.

-Danny

Thats a bummer man, sorry to hear it. Did you wind up having cracked pistons then? If you will wind up having to buy new stock pistons, give this place a call for a good price. Ask for Bob Kise (810)714-3300. His shop is in Fenton MI and he will ship the parts to you for a very reasonable price. Good luck with it all man!

Also, if you do wind up selling the turbo and all, I am interested in a front mount intercooler if you are willing to sell it seperate (although I hope you wind up using it again emoji )
