Turbo install almost done! I need some help guys with the gauges. All of the wires were just cut right at the end of the pillar. They are all Autometer gauges except one. Here is what i need... EGT: the black and white wires, i imagine they are power and ground, but do they hook up with the lights? A/F: purple, red, and black, same thing red and black i imagine are power/ground, where does the purple connect to? Oil pres: black/white wires and 3 terminals. Boost: black/white. Greddy Fuel pres: black/white, orange, and red.

I think i may of figured it out. The black wire and white wires on some of the gauges are for the backlight power, and the red wire and black wire on some of the gauges are switched power. Is that correct? Now for the A/F where does the purple wire connect to?

all of the black and white wires connected to the bulbs are ground and power respectively. you should connect the power to the ciggerette lighter wire under the console, so they come on with your lights. i dont have an autometer a/f gauge but im assuming the purple wire is going to be needed to connect to the o2 sensor wire off the ecu. the red wire off the egt gauge will need to be connected to a continual power source. mine is tapped off the power wire on the ecu.

if you look behind your radio there are 4 yellow plugs..in the 1st(top) yellow plug if you unplug the harness(there's a button to push to help it slide out) you can like see there are 3 white wires..they should all be in the first row..the 6 pin hole is the 2nd white wire i believe and it is the o2 sensor wire..tap into it. oh yeah..purple is your o2 sensor and red is the 12v constant ignition and black is ground..that's how the autometer a/f gauge works
