I'm looking into converting my 98 GS non turbo eclipse to a turbo. I was offered the vast majority of a stock turbo from a 96 GST except for the downpipe, blow off valve, oil lines, some piping for the intercooler, and some tubing. I assume the 96 and 98 engines are the same... Can anyone tell me what I need to do or get to do this, or some kind of list of parts? I wont have a problem getting it installed, it's just that I need to know what I need before attempting the install. Any help from anyone would be terriffic!

in case you havent noticed the GST and GS have different engines. You will need to custom fabricate all of your parts making your own custom manifold, piping, and the stock turbos from the 4g63T suck so you'll wan to upgrade that too. Basically the parts arent compatible unless you have a bunch of time and know how to bend weld and cut and know alot about turbos

You can have it cheap, fast or good. Pick any two.
If you want it cheap and fast, it's not going to be good. If you want it cheap and good, it's not going to be fast. If you want it good and fast, it's not going to be cheap.
