you can run 10psi out of the stage two box, but its probably not gonna be the most efficient boost to run. until you have either upgraded the injectors and fuel management and/or built the internals, 10psi probably isnt reliable long-term. you can run that occasionally for races and stuff, but probably keep it no higher than 7-8. the times i read were 5.5 - 6 flat 0-60 and low 14s quarter mile (13s if your a good driver)

Well, from everything I've read here from other people's personal experiences, I think he's right on. Fact of the matter is that the STAR turbo is larger than the HRC turbo. Just b/c on stock injectors you run can run 10psi on the S-16g doesn't mean you can run 10 psi on the T03/04.
Fuel means power. The fuel supplied to the S-16g at 10 psi is probably pretty close to the fuel supplied to the T03/04 at 6-7 psi. I don't know the exact numbers, but I'd bet you it's somewhere close. I fyou wanna go as high as 10 psi with the T03/04 turbo, you better have lots of fuel. Tryyiing to supply that amount of fuel through the stokc injectors isn't easy. (i.e. like a fireman trying to put out a big house fire with a garden hose)
I may be totally wrong about all of this, but it's just my opinion. I've seen the T03/04(e) turbo. I picked it up and put it next to my own. It's for sure a larger turbo and I know it will push out more compressed air per pound of boost.
