Scott, make sure to do the wastegate rod mod. Check with RxR Eclipse on how to do this or check out www.homemadeturbo.com. Stock T25's are set at like 10-11 psi I think and that's too much boost for stock bottom end.

rxr just uses like 5" of pipe to a filter and a little bit of pipe to go to the trottle body...
You can have it cheap, fast or good. Pick any two.
If you want it cheap and fast, it's not going to be good. If you want it cheap and good, it's not going to be fast. If you want it good and fast, it's not going to be cheap.

thanks for the reminder sean...i have a buddy of mine helping me install it and he rebuilds turbos so i think he will be able to handle it. As far as the intake goes, rxr just has a cheap shucks filter on it, but was in the process of upgrading as well. I don't know what filter comes with the turbo kits so i have no clue where to start looking. what kind of filter does your kit come with? did u ever get around to sending the instructions yet?

You could get a green filter. Supposedly they flow better than the K&N filters. There was a group buy in the announcements, with a link to a demo video and all. It started out as a group buy, but the guy was sort of impressed with the amount of volume from the site so he turned it into a standing 25% discount. You might want to try using a short ram intake if you have one. I have seen it where you put the part that goes on the throttle body and put it on the inlet of the turbo. It'll be sort of like a cold air set up. Just be careful how you route the intercooler pipes to and from the turbo so they don't interfere with the cold air setup.
As for air filters, just about any K&N cone style filter will work. However I would try th cold air with you existing short ram intake. -Sean
