Explain your complete turbo setup, fuel system and igniton.

What egt readings at what rpm in each gear?

What do you mean by studdering engine?

Do you have the star fuel cut defenser or missing link?

Your question is too vague to answer as it is without us asking numerous questions back and forth.

I will glad to help(if I can) when I get the info.

I have the standard stage 2 turbo kit and the electronic component that comes with it. And it feels like the engine cuts off for a fraction of a sec.

is this at WOT or partial throttle? and if you have a standard stage II star turbo kit, you have a t3/t4 turbo.

Answer the rest of the questions first. Did you actually read my first reply?

What octane fuel are you running?

What spark plug gap do you have?

What spark plugs do you currently use?

When was the last time that you changed your plugs?

And answer the rest from above please. It is really hard to troubleshoot problems with very little info. Have you actually read your question and then asked yourself if anyone would really know what my problem is with the info given.

Not being an ass, but if you want anyone else to chime in, you have to be VERY descriptive with all details.
