Mine was fine at 15PSI. I ended up switching to the TiAL because i got a good deal on it, and it looks a whole heck of a lot nicer.

35mm is 35mm if you ask me, but TiAL makes one nice wastegate.

Good price shipped on Tial Wastegate

http://www.groupbuycenter.com/buy.aspx?id=7911

TurboXS blowout deals

http://www.groupbuycenter.com/buy.aspx?id=7932

I paid $15 less than listed for the high performance boost controller from our national wholesaler, so these prices are pretty darn good. They usually sell for near retail at $129.

Tial Wastegate with TurboXS BOV is not a bad combo.....if you like it REAllY loud.

I also think you can go approx. 1 bar above the preset wastegate spring with most boost controllers. Electronic are this way I believe. My suggestion is if you plan on boosting over 20psi, get a stronger spring that sets the min boost at the wastegate to approx 10psi. I am not an expert in this area and maybe others would have better info, especially those with electronic boost controllers.
