I’ve posted this before and never got a reply. Is there any way known to man to be able to read the stock pulse width off and injector in a stock car?

No Corbin's fuel page doesn't have anything about reading stock pulse width (Last time I looked). I think that was the one and only reply that I got last time, just incase you were going to link it for me

you need an oscilliscope. I was doing some calculations and i think our maximum duty cycle time is like 17mS for 100% duty cycle at 7000 RPM. so you would need about a 13mS time for 85% duty cycle at 7000 rpm. you need to find the positive wire from one injector and then hook the oscilliscope to it and the other to ground. find the right volt's per division, and correct time per division and then you will be able to see it on the scope. bad thing is that a handheld scope costs like 500-1000 dollars so see if you can borrow one.

I don't think the pocket logger will specifically tell you your injector pulse width. you can however buy a little box that reads the waveform from the injector trigger wire and gives an led display of the % of duty cycle that your injector is seeing. My buddy Ed used to sell them. i think he can still get them (I am pretty sure they ar ea LOT cheaper and easier to instal and use than a full blown oscilioscope). his website is www.dynotuner.net. tell him Armond sent ya

I just bought a Craftsman digital multimeter that reads duty cycle. It has a pulse width range from 100us(with the funky u - nanoseconds)-100ms. It displays the frequency. I got it as to use as a po mans AF/EGT(can measure up to 1400F - I'll have to live with that). I didn't get the temp probe cause they didn't have it, and I'm more interested in my o2 voltage right now.....anyways - it's multimeter 82139 and it was on sale for $19.95, regularly priced $29.95. It might do the trick for you. Might be worth a trip to the local Sears just to see what they have in the multi-meter section.
