With my car parked, Idling, the throttle percentage on my S-AFC regulates between 0% and 3%...yet I am giving it no throttle. Its not a huge problem at all, just irritation to see it jumping around when in fact it should read 0%. Any ideas?

Possibly a loose contact. Mine does that when i've been monkeying with the TPS, but usually stops after a few days.

Check your wiring where you tapped into the TPS wire near the ECU for the AFC. If it's a solid connection, it could possibly be your TPS shitting the bed........
